Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
Anything typed into a search tool on this site is passed directly to the third-party provider operating that tool. The provider processes the query and returns results. Those search terms are not logged or stored on our side.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email sent to us is retained only so a reply can be written. Messages stay inside our team and are not shared outside it, unless a legal obligation requires disclosure.
Data We Gather Automatically
Our servers record a handful of technical details each time a page on this site is requested:
- Timestamps for each page view
- The referring site, where one exists
- The pages viewed and the time spent on each
- Device type and operating system
- Browser name and version
- The IP address assigned to your device
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small files placed on your device, and this site uses them. They let us see which pages draw traffic and where visitors leave. Analytics services aggregate that traffic information for us. Blocking cookies is entirely within your browser's settings, though some features may behave differently afterward.
What We Do With This Data
- Routing search requests to the correct partner service
- Keeping pages online, stable, and quick to load
- Diagnosing and repairing technical faults
- Learning which pages are useful and which need rewriting
- Displaying advertising that may match your interests
No Warrant Data on File
No warrant database, case file, or personal warrant record is hosted, compiled, maintained, or sold here. What this site publishes is general guidance on where Carroll County warrant information is held and how to reach it: the Circuit Clerk's offices in Carrollton and Vaiden, the Northern and Southern Justice Courts, the town clerks, and the Carroll County Sheriff. Mississippi operates no public statewide warrant search, and that gap is described rather than filled. This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and nothing gathered about visitors is assembled into a report about any third party.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies power the search boxes that appear on this site. Whatever you submit through one of them is handled under that company's privacy policy rather than this one. Their retention and sharing practices are set by them and are outside our control, so read the partner's own policy before running a search.
Links to Other Websites
Links throughout this site point to Mississippi court rules, the Carroll County officials directory, town government pages, state corrections and public safety pages, federal court resources, and third-party search tools. Following any of them takes you off this site, and from that point the destination's privacy policy applies. Read it before entering personal details.
Some advertising partners may follow activity across websites in order to serve targeted ads. That tracking happens on their systems, not on ours.
Who Might See Your Data
Personal data is not sold. Some information may reach:
- Analytics providers measuring traffic and performance
- Search partners processing queries submitted here
- Government or law enforcement bodies acting under a valid legal order
- Advertising networks serving ads on these pages
How We Protect Your Data
Standard security practices are applied to the information collected here. No internet-connected system is completely safe, though. Reasonable steps are taken to keep data secure, and no promise can honestly be made that a breach will never occur.
Users Under 18
This site is intended for adults. Personal information is not knowingly collected from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data here, contact us and it will be deleted promptly.
Your Data Rights
Depending on where you live, consumer-protection and public-records law may give you additional rights over information held about you. In Mississippi, public access to government records is governed by the Mississippi Public Records Act of 1983, Miss. Code Ann. §§ 25-61-1 et seq., which covers records held by public bodies rather than by a private website. As a visitor here, you can at a minimum:
- Request a copy of what is held about you
- Ask that inaccurate information be corrected
- Ask that your data be erased
- Opt out of certain kinds of processing
Updates to This Policy
This policy may be revised over time. Any revised version will appear on this page with a new effective date, so check back if you want to follow how visitor information is handled.
Effective date: September 17, 2026
